Purchase of our product:

A.J. Cox Pty Ltd policy Quotes Agreement for the estimated price of a job service from $500.00 Australian Dollars and over. A quotation giving the estimated cost for a particular job or services (words from text or speech written to provide evidence or authority for a statement).

Deposit and Final Payment:

The clients/customers will be required to pay a deposit or deposits when the Quote Agreement is agreed and signed.
(Quotes or Contract Agreement can be settled in person, by email, and post mail).
Final payment is required no later than 7 to 10 days after the job or service has been completed successfully.

Payment Processing Terms and Conditions:

By Cheque (in persona or by post), and from Bank to Bank Transfer Online. If you have any question regarding other option of payments, feel free to contact us.

Onsite Warranties

Products Only covers services and products supplied by A.J. Cox Pty Ltd.
Covers labour and materials to rectify problems, that will be carried out by us.

Proof of purchase may be required before claim will be repaired.
Products have been installed correctly as products have been designed.

Applies to Northern and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

All products must be paid for in full before Onsite Warranty Applies.
Any problems with products due to improper or bad installation by others will be charged for, so if any questions please ask A.J. Cox Pty Ltd management.

A.J. Cox Pty Ltd management
Does not cover labour and materials for other contractors or suppliers.

Products purchased will be Paid on Delivery. For work completed on site, installation and repairs, payment is to be made within 7 days of invoicing. Late payment of over 60 days will be subjected to 3% per month accumulative, plus recover costs from date or original invoicing.

CALPEDA PUMPS and ORANGE PUMPS
SWITCHBOARDS and CONTROLLERS MANUFACTURED BY A.J. COX PTY LTD 12 MONTHS
WARRANTIES as per Manufacturers or Importers listed and A.J. Cox Pty Ltd will provide labour content for that time period.
